HR Business Partner

An opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a global business who are on an exciting growth trajectory within the Tech space. You will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically, collaborating with their impressive HR leader across the broader company’s People Strategy.

• Partner with your dedicated ANZ BU to provide high quality business partner support and advice to leaders in alignment with business strategy and workforce needs.
• Develop, lead and support organisational change projects, enabling People initiatives that enable the strategy.
• Ensure the highest possible levels of employee engagement are achieved in collaboration with the Senior Leaders and implement key measures of success.
• Collaborate with the OD team to implement development solutions across the business unit including effective succession planning.
• Coach and advise the Business Unit Director(s) and their team(s) on performance management and ER issues.
