HR Business Partner
Your new role as their People & Culture Business Partner will partner with leaders and their teams on day to day HR BAU, including ER/IR, performance management, alongside supporting broader HR initiatives across the organisation.
You will work closely with the broader HR team to ensure people strategies are executed across the respective group, including delivering fit for purpose solutions and trusted advice, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive a positive culture.
• Build effective working relationships across all areas of the site and with key stakeholders, delivering high-quality HR advice and guidance for all things ‘people’
• Analyse key HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
You.
Tertiary qualified, with experience in a similar HR Business Partnering role and strong ER/IR experience and capability. You’re motivated to partner with your dedicated client group, uplifting their capability and evolving the landscape from reactive to proactive. You also thrive in mixed blue and white collar environments where you can drive positive change, as part of a broader HR team.
