Organisational Development Manager
As the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction for L&D, talent and succession management, performance and employee engagement.
This is a full time, six month contract that will focus on:
- Strategic Leadership and Partnership for the wider P&C team and Senior Executives
- Leading L&D initiatives through face to face and digital learning, that provide up-skilling across all levels of the organisation
- Talent and succession frameworks, that enable career growth and results showcased by insights/analytics via HRIS and PowerBI.
- Continued development of performance and change management
- Employee listening/engagement
About you:
- Well founded Organisational Development Management experience within Manufacturing, in a, large, complex, corporate organisation
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to enhance processes and procedures
- A natural ability to influence and engage with all members of the wider P&C/Senior Executive teams, to drive mutually beneficial company outcomes
- Data, reporting and metrics driven, to provide concrete evidence to support all initiatives and changes required
