As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the driving force behind people-focused initiatives, empowering teams to thrive as part of an impressive and cohesive People team.
Highlights
- Provide strategic, business-focused P&C support and advice to drive performance, development, and engagement across the organisation.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address people-related barriers to achieve strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, including Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and LGBTI initiatives.
- Coach managers in all aspects of people management, ensuring they are equipped to effectively lead their teams.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies that enhance our P&C function.
- Collaborate on company-wide P&C initiatives, educating the business on change management and process requirements.
You
- Proven experience in a similar People & Culture advisory role, with a deep understanding of the Australian employment landscape.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate people-related insights into actionable strategies that drive organisational success.
