People & Culture Business Partner

Are you a seasoned P&C BP that thrives working within the ER/IR space? 

We are partnering with our client on a permanent, full time position that will see you reporting into the Head of P&C Business Partnering and working as a trusted BP with your client group. 

This is an opportunity to come in and work on complex ER cases, whilst coaching and developing management skills and uplifting capability. 

Our client is based in the Sydney, CBD and operates on a hybrid work model, with the potential for some travel between sites when required. 

About you:

• 8+ years working as a P&C BP
• Extensive experience and success in resolving complex ER/IR matters 
• Understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
• A natural desire and ability to coach and influence leaders 
• Passionate about working as part of a positive, uplifting and high performing team/culture
