People & Culture Manager

Your new role as their People & Culture Manager will partner with leaders and their teams on day to day HR BAU, including ER/IR, performance management, alongside supporting broader HR initiatives across the organisation.
You will work to ensure people strategies are executed across the respective group, including delivering fit for purpose solutions and trusted advice, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive a positive culture.
You.
Tertiary qualified, with experience in a similar HR Manager role and strong ER capability. You’re motivated to partner with leaders, uplifting their capability and evolving the current people landscape. You also thrive in mixed blue and white collar environments where you can drive positive change.
