Remuneration Specialist

Partnering closely with the Remuneration & Reward Manager, your new role will be embedded in all things Remuneration, including: annual performance and salary reviews, job grading, job architecture and market benchmarking for over 2,500 employees.
You will be the subject matter expert on remuneration frameworks for EA covered employees, providing advice to key stakeholders across the business including senior leaders. This role is also key in providing data and analytics to support remuneration cycles and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
You.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resource Management, Finance, or the like.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of Remuneration, including exposure to remuneration activities and projects, job evaluation, market benchmarking analysis and reporting
- Experience using job evaluation and grading methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in large, unionised workforces underpinned by Enterprise Agreements
- Highly developed communication with the ability to develop strong business relationships with a broad of stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Workday experience is highly regarded, though not essential.
