The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a human-centered NFP to recruit a contemporary, strategic, and people-first CPO to shape and lead their workforce strategy. With a team of 200 dedicated professionals, their people are at the heart of everything they do.
You’ll join a passionate Senior Leadership Team, partner with the CEO and drive initiatives that elevate employee experience, build organisational capability, and support a thriving, future-ready workforce.
You
- Significant HR leadership experience, ideally in aged care, health or values-led NFP settings
- Proven capability in workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural transformation
- Sound knowledge of HR legislation, compliance, and sector-specific workforce challenges
- A collaborative, thoughtful leadership style with strong relationship skills
- A hands-on, strategic mindset that balances big-picture thinking with practical delivery
