ER Specialist
We’re partnering with a global organisation on a meaty 12 month Temp contract. This one’s for the ER specialists who enjoy complex, hands-on project work.
With around 190 staff in Australia and growing – both organically and through acquisitions – this is a hands-on ER role with real scope.
The Opportunity.
- Award classification; identifying applicable awards, reviewing levels, aligning total remuneration
- Policy review and gap analysis following recent legislative changes (positive duty, right to disconnect, contractor vs employee, psychosocial hazards)
- Building and Developing training for Line Managers
- Advising on ER implications during M&A activity
- Helping establish HR guidelines for the business
You.
- 5+ years in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role with a strong ER focus
- Deep knowledge of Fair Work, Modern Awards and legislative changes
- Confidence to advise senior stakeholders and local team members

- Hybrid | 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 remote
