Executive Manager, Learning & Leadership
We’re partnering with a fast-moving organisation that’s reshaping how it builds capability – particularly as AI begins to influence the way leaders operate, make decisions and engage with clients. They need an executive lead who can lift the function, steady the team and bring clarity to what “future capability” actually looks like.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of a leadership and capability agenda that’s evolving quickly. You’ll step in as the person who can hold both the strategic line and the operational detail, while managing a small team.
Key Focus Areas
- Partner with leaders and work closely with technical functions to clarify the skills required for future work and translate these into practical development pathways.
- Strengthen program design and delivery using modern tools and approaches (AI where it adds value), ensuring learning is relevant, efficient and grounded in real business needs.
- Own day-to-day L&D delivery so strategic work isn’t sidelined by operational demand.
About you
- Strong instructional design capability with a track record in leadership and capability development.
- Experience leading a small team with clarity and consistency.
- Comfortable working with technical partners and translating complexity into clear skill requirements.
- Practical experience using AI or contemporary tools in a business context.
- Direct, thoughtful communicator with sound judgement and credibility.
