The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and partnering closely with the CEO and Board, you will be the architect of the organisation’s future-ready talent, succession, and people experience strategies. Your remit will span the entire employee lifecycle, with a laser focus on shaping a workforce that is agile, skilled, and inspired.
You will:

  • Influence at the highest levels, shaping thinking and inspiring change across the Executive and Board.
  • Design and deliver world-class talent strategies, including succession pipelines, leadership capability frameworks, and programs for emerging and high-potential talent.
  • Lead a transformational EVP strategy that positions the organisation as an employer of choice in the global market.
  • Embed a culture of continuous growth and development, where learning agility and innovation are the norm.
  • Partner with business leaders to integrate future-of-work thinking into workforce planning, capability development, and change management.
  • Leverage technology and data to inform talent decisions, track impact, and adapt strategies at speed.

About You You are a commercially astute, forward-thinking people leader who thrives in complex, global environments. You combine strategic vision with operational excellence, and you’re passionate about future-proofing organisations through their people.
You bring:

  • A proven track record in senior HR leadership (ideally GM, Director, or equivalent) within complex, multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and advising at C-Suite and Board level.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent, leadership, and EVP strategies.
  • Strong capability in organisational design, cultural transformation, and change leadership.
  • Deep understanding of emerging workforce trends, technology, and the skills evolution leading up to 2030.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with the gravitas to inspire confidence across diverse audiences.
