We’re partnering with a business in the middle of a genuine transformation to find a senior HR leader who will reshape what business partnering looks like across the organisation. If you’re the kind of leader who’s energised by the longer game of genuinely transforming a function and uplifting the leaders around you, keep reading.

The Opportunity.

As Head of HR Business Partnering you’ll lead a capable team across Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape culture, capability and performance across the business. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll help redefine what modern HR partnering looks like; commercial, data-driven and deeply connected to the business.

  • Translate business strategy into tangible people outcomes
  • Coach and develop leaders to lift capability and performance
  • Oversee ER, risk, policy and governance frameworks
  • Drive performance, talent, remuneration and engagement programs
  • Play a key role in implementing new HR systems and embedding smarter, simpler processes

You.
You’re an experienced HR leader who combines strategy with action; credible, calm under pressure and commercially sharp.

  • 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles within a corporate environment
  • Proven success leading teams and shaping culture
  • A corporate background where pace, polish and influence matter
  • Pragmatic, human and a natural collaborator
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies
  • Strong generalist experience, ideally with depth in remuneration and compliance
