As a Senior member of the HRLT and leading a small L&D team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of Capability, Learning, Leadership and Talent Development – all while being part of a first class team.
The Opportunity
- Design and delivery of fit for purpose Capability, Learning & Leadership Frameworks, liaising with relevant SMEs (eg Compliance and Frontline Training teams).
- Implementation of innovative or digital learning solutions, which may involve a LMS review/implementation.
- Leadership of a small (circa 4-5 FTE) L&D function.
- Design and implementation of fit for purpose Talent Mapping and Succession Management, including at Executive level
You
- Pragmatic, commercial and outcome-driven (vs theoretical, academic or framework-based) OD experience.
- Experience with project management, including drafting change & comms plans.
- Excellent writing and presentation/facilitation skills, including to an Executive and Board audience.
- Experience in third party service provider engagement, including budgeting & business case preparation, contract negotiation and procurement.
- Familiarity with Change Frameworks (given a significant component of any Capability Framework will need to be how to ‘Lead through Change’).
- A team player – working closely with HRLT to ensure initiatives are embedded, add value, and generate ROI.
