This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Australian business with a recognised consumer brand and an ambitious growth agenda. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for a large workforce across multiple sites and a corporate supply chain function.

You’ll genuinely influence the direction of the business. As a trusted adviser to senior executives, you’ll connect commercial priorities with people outcomes, helping to build a high-performing, engaged and future-ready workforce. You’ll lead a capable team of HR Business Partners while partnering closely with specialist centres of excellence across Talent, Reward, ER/IR and People Systems.

The Opportunity.

  • Partnering with executive leaders to shape workforce strategy and organisational capability.
  • Leading workforce planning, succession and talent strategies that prepare the business for future growth.
  • Driving leadership capability across manufacturing sites and operational teams.
  • Leading complex industrial relations initiatives, including enterprise bargaining and union engagement.
  • Supporting major transformation, productivity and change programs.
  • Coaching and developing an experienced team of HR Business Partners across multiple locations.

You.

  • Senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, FMCG or another operationally intensive industry.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Extensive industrial and employee relations experience, including enterprise bargaining.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed HR teams.
  • A track record of developing leaders, strengthening organisational capability and improving workforce performance.
  • The ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and practical execution.

This is one of those rare opportunities where HR sits firmly at the executive table. You’ll join a respected leadership team, inherit a high-performing HR function and have the opportunity to shape the future workforce of a business investing heavily in its operations, capability and long-term growth.
