Head of People Operations
This is a business in growth mode – evolving its People function to deliver smarter, more connected ways of working.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead the transformation of People Operations: re-engineering processes, implementing a new HR system and building capability, tools and rhythm across a function that underpins every part of the organisation.
You’ll work closely with the ELT, with genuine scope to redesign how HR services are delivered, connect process to purpose and drive continuous improvement across a focused, committed national team.
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience in HR operations, shared services or people systems leadership
- A proven “superpower” in process design, simplification and continuous improvement
- Experience leading HR system implementation or uplift, from process design through to embedding new ways of working
- Executive-level communication and commercial literacy – the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- A practical, calm and resourceful style; someone who delivers clarity and results in imperfect environments
