Head of Performance & Reward
We’re partnering with an iconic organisation undergoing meaningful change across its People, Performance, and Reward environment. They are strengthening their strategy and need a senior leader who can bring clarity, structure and strategic discipline to a complex reward landscape.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of the organisation’s People strategy. You’ll lead the design and delivery of a remuneration and benefits framework that supports business performance, simplifies legacy structures and strengthens trust in reward processes.
It’s a position for someone who can think system-wide, challenge complexity, and provide grounded, data-led advice to senior leadership. You’ll partner closely with Executives, contribute to people leadership discussions, and ensure reward strategy is tightly linked to organisational priorities.
About You
- Senior experience across Remuneration, Reward, or Compensation and Benefits.
- A strategic thinker who can see the whole system, not just components.
- Proven capability in simplifying complex remuneration structures.
- Skilled communicator with strong change and leadership capability.
- Resilient, pragmatic and motivated to drive meaningful improvement.
