Head of Remuneration & Benefits
Lead Remuneration strategy and execution for a large, private organisation with a national footprint of 4,000+ employees. This is a newly created, standalone role where the frameworks you design will directly impact the organisation’s ability to attract and retain specialist talent.
Strategic design meets hands-on delivery. You’ll partner with senior leadership, Finance and People Business Partners to build reward structures that are market-aligned, commercially sustainable and compliant.
The Work.
- Designing and evolving remuneration frameworks across specialist and non-specialist roles (fixed rem, STIs, commission-based models, retention mechanisms)
- Designing and governing incentive plans for leadership tied to performance, quality and commercial outcomes
- Market benchmarking, job sizing and role evaluation across senior leadership and specialist roles
- Coordinating annual remuneration reviews and supporting Remuneration Committee reporting
- Acting as a trusted reward advisor to the Chief People Officer and divisional executive team
You.
- 10+ years in Remuneration and Reward within complex organisations
- Strong experience designing incentive plans and remuneration frameworks
- Advanced capability in remuneration modelling, benchmarking and data analysis
- Commercial acumen and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to balance the strategic with the detail
