Reporting to an impressive CPO, you’ll be the organisation’s Reward leader and trusted adviser to the Executive and Board on all aspects of remuneration. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering across the business to ensure reward frameworks support commercial outcomes, attract exceptional talent and meet the expectations of a listed environment.

The Opportunity.
- Developing and evolving the organisation’s remuneration strategy during a significant period of organisational change.
- Leading executive and Board remuneration, including remuneration reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Managing annual remuneration reviews, incentive frameworks and performance-linked reward programs.
- Partnering with senior leaders on organisation design, workforce planning and strategic reward initiatives.
- Providing market insights and analytics that inform executive decision making.
- Ensuring compliance with ASX governance requirements, regulatory obligations and best practice remuneration principles.
- Working closely with Finance, Legal, Company Secretariat and the People team to deliver seamless outcomes across the business.
You.
- Significant experience leading Reward within a listed or highly regulated environment.
- Deep expertise across executive remuneration, Board reporting and remuneration governance.
- Strong exposure to ASX reporting requirements and shareholder expectations.
- Broad-based Reward capability spanning remuneration strategy, incentive design, benchmarking, job evaluation and annual review cycles.
- The credibility to advise Executive and Board stakeholders on complex remuneration matters.
- Outstanding commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting large-scale organisational transformation or business growth will be highly regarded.
