HR Automation & Systems Specialist
A fixed-term contract with scope to redesign, automate and future-proof how a growing HR function operates, with the executive support to make it happen and the satisfaction of leaving something that genuinely lasts.
The Opportunity.
Sitting within a People team and reporting to the CPO, you’ll come in with a clear mandate to accelerate the transition to a system-driven, AI-enabled HR operating model. This is an end-to-end role – you’ll map, build and implement – leaving the team with something sustainable and scalable well beyond the contract.
Across six core areas you’ll design and redesign people processes for automation; configure and optimise workflows; build smart templates for contracts and HR documentation; create automated dashboards and reporting; implement self-service and AI-assisted solutions to free up the team’s capacity; and transfer capability internally so everything you build continues to run well after you’re done.
You.
- Hands-on HRIS configuration experience (ideally in Employment Hero)
- Strong process mapping and workflow automation capability
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and document automation
- Ability to build dashboards and automated reporting (Excel / Power BI)
- A pragmatic, iterative delivery style – you build, test and refine fast
