Join a truly collaborative Private Education Organisation, where you will lead/support their most in demand state (NSW). This newly created role due to demand/growth.
About the role:
As the HR BP you will partner with senior internal and external stakeholders and their teams on a day to day basis, focusing on ER/IR, performance management, coaching and leading global/regional HR initiatives and projects.
Reporting into and working closely with the HR Director, you will also have the support of the wider close knit HR team, consisting of HR Advisors, BP’s, TA & Graduates.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a commercially driven organisation and showcase your broad generalist skillset, whilst been given the opportunity to run with initiatives you feel passionately about and grow professionally.
About you:
- Tertiary qualified and/or 5+ years experience as a HR BP
- Confident and experienced within ER/IR
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Education and/or consulting experience (ideally)
