HR Business Partner

Reporting into and working closely with the Head of HR, you will own the partnerships with all venue managers and employees across multiple restaurants and bars in Sydney. 

This is a true advisory role, where you will be working with management on performance, ER, immigration, wellbeing/safety and compliance. 

This organisation is looking to position themselves as a leader in the hospitality industry when it comes to employee wellbeing, with some exciting projects/initiatives in the pipeline. 

About you: 

• Experience working autonomously as a HR BP in a fast paced environment
• A passion and love for the hospitality industry 
• A desire to make a positive change to employee wellbeing  
• Strong stakeholder management 
• Excellent communication
