HR Business Partner

An opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a global business who are on an exciting growth trajectory within the Tech space. You will have the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically, collaborating with their impressive HR leader across the broader company’s People Strategy. 

• Partner with your dedicated BU to provide high quality business partner support and advice to leaders in alignment with business strategy and workforce needs.
• Develop, lead and support organisational change projects, enabling People initiatives that enable the strategy.
• Ensure the highest possible levels of employee engagement are achieved in collaboration with the Senior Leaders and implement key measures of success.
• Coach and advise the BU leaders and their teams on performance management and ER issues.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5+ years HR experience and within a similar role
• A love for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Curious and great with data; picking up on people trends and themes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to cope with pace, and competing priorities
• A degree in Human Resources or related discipline
