This is a varied Business Partner role where you’ll partner closely with leaders, contribute to uplifting the function and deliver impactful people solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
The Opportunity
- Build strong relationships with leaders to coach, influence and enable success
- Lead and support initiatives across workforce planning, engagement, learning, talent, and performance
- Provide expert guidance on performance, ER/IR, policies and complex people matters
- Collaborate on company-wide continuous improvement, educating the business and contributing to organisational design and cultural uplift
You
- Extensive HR generalist experience with the confidence to coach and influence at all levels
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and ability to navigate awards, legislation and workplace frameworks
- Strategic mindset with hands-on capability — comfortable driving projects, solving problems and delivering day-to-day support
- Passion for building leadership capability, high performance and best practice people solutions
