What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Provide expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Support organisational development initiatives, including talent and succession planning.
- Lead HR projects that uplift capability, culture, and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid HR generalist or business partnering experience, ideally in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
- A hands-on approach with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
