HR Business Partner

The Opportunity.
This role is broad, hands-on and high-trust. You’ll partner directly with leaders and employees across the business, advising on Performance and Development, ER, Reward and Talent, while also playing a key role in building capability across the wider HR team.
I’ve known the Head of HR for years – she’s one of the most genuinely supportive leaders in the Sydney HR space. Bright, engaging and invested in her people. You’ll work closely with her across both strategic and operational HR, so you’ll need to be comfortable wearing both hats.
Beyond the BAU, you’ll have the opportunity to own and lead projects across DE&I, EVP and culture.You’ll be designing, driving and delivering work that shapes the employee experience as the business continues to evolve.

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
- Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a Corporate environment
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and fast-paced environments
- Open, low-ego, approachable and collaborative
- Strong Performance Management capability and practical judgement
