The Opportunity.
We’re partnering with a well-known business looking for a strong HRBP to partner leaders across a national footprint, based out of Western Sydney.
It’s a true generalist seat. You’ll partner operational leaders across dispersed sites, build credibility on the ground and bring an evidence-based view using data, trends and insights.
There’s space to shape how things land, and you’ll be part of uplifting leadership capability and driving cultural change as you go.
ER and IR sit with specialist teams, so the focus here is strategic partnering. You’ll want to understand EAs and have spent time with frontline workforces.
You’re not on your own. There’s a strong manager backing you and a broader HR team alongside – the kind of team that values their craft.
You.
- An experienced HR Business Partner from a mixed blue and white collar environment
- Self-managed and confident; you can hold your own with operational leaders
- Strategic enough to lift the view, hands-on enough to be visible across dispersed sites
- Pragmatic, outcomes-driven, and energised by businesses that are still maturing
- Comfortable building partnerships with leaders across a national footprint
- HR Tertiary qualified
