HR Business Partner
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the work, not sitting on the sidelines. You’ll partner with leaders across performance, engagement, organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability and change, while also navigating complex employee relations matters with maturity and sound judgement. The environment is commercial, ambitious and constantly evolving, with a strong focus on innovation, data and emerging technologies.
You’ll work closely with specialist P&C teams across talent, engagement and people operations to deliver meaningful people initiatives that genuinely influence the business. There is also a strong focus on continuous improvement and using data, insights and AI-enabled ways of working to drive smarter decision making and better employee experiences.
The successful candidate will likely come from a high growth, fast moving environment such as technology, professional services, FMCG, consulting or broader corporate environments where pace, ambiguity and stakeholder expectations are high. Just as important as technical capability is your style. The business is looking for someone practical, commercially minded and collaborative, who can build credibility quickly and have honest conversations with leaders when needed.
It’s an opportunity to join a business known for attracting smart, curious people and a People & Culture team that genuinely wants to push beyond traditional HR. Ideal for someone who enjoys complexity, likes solving problems and wants to be part of a business thinking differently about the future of work.
