The Opportunity.
As their HR Coordinator/Advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to be across the breadth of HR. You’ll own the coordination of the full employee lifecycle – everything from onboarding, advising leaders and their teams on employee matters, Awards, legislation, internal policies and procedures, and supporting Annual performance reviews and HR reporting.
You will also support and collaborate with the HR Manager across the development and implementation of key HR programs and initiatives. This role really is limitless in terms of what you can stand to achieve and add to your HR toolkit.
You.
Tertiary qualified, you will ideally have 3 years’ experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Coordination role.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and enhance trusting partnerships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
- A demonstrated solutions focused ‘can-do’ attitude with proven problem solving track record.
