HR Coordinator
An HR coordination role inside one of Australia’s most recognised businesses, joining the HR team at a pivotal point of reset and rebuild.
The Opportunity.
You’ll join a senior HR team, supporting one of the most established corporate functions in the business through an operating model reset and preparation for HRIS maturity.
The role is focused on execution and coordination, the work that frees up the senior team to focus on partnering, design and judgement, while you take ownership of the day-to-day rhythm that keeps the function running.
The breadth is what makes it stand out. HR triaging, TA coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS administration, engagement survey and leadership program logistics, performance cycle support, data hygiene and HR project coordination. You’ll work across multiple sites and stakeholders, including Payroll, IT and Finance – you’ll be the glue that holds it together.
You.
You’ll need to be comfortable with change, ambiguity and a function that’s actively being rebuilt.
- Experience in HR coordination, people services, recruitment coordination or HR administration
- Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing the detail
- Confidence triaging, prioritising and knowing when to escalate
- Experience with HRIS, ATS or similar systems
- Comfortable across multiple stakeholders, sites and senior leaders
- A service mindset and the discipline to follow through and close the loop

- 2 year Fixed-Term Contract
- Hybrid; working between their corporate Head Office and home
