HR/ER Specialist

We’re partnering with a transforming global organisation on a 12 month contract.

The Opportunity.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be working closely with senior management across the ANZ business to lead a body of work that includes award classification and total remuneration alignment, a full review of current policies against recent legislative changes (including right to disconnect and psychosocial hazard requirements) and supporting the business through M&A activity. You’ll also play a key role in upskilling local HR team members and building out employment frameworks for the New Zealand operation.

With around 190 employees nationally and a business that’s growing both organically and through acquisitions, this is the kind of role where your HR and ER expertise will be felt across the entire organisation. You.

• 5+ years in an HR Advisory or HR Generalist role with a strong ER focus
• Deep knowledge of Fair Work, Modern Awards and legislative changes
• Confidence to advise senior stakeholders and local team members

• Hybrid | 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 remote
