This respectable, long standing client of ours is recruiting an exceptional Senior Industrial Relations guru to join their HR team in a newly created role.
The Opportunity.
As the Industrial Relations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in representing the business across the full IR landscape, including disputes, adverse actions claims, and complex industrial relations issues. You will be instrumental in executing the company’s industrial relations strategy, and comfortable operating as an advisor to P&C BP’s and Managers, acting as a Center of Excellence.
You.
- Extensive experience in highly unionised, blue-collar industries
- Proven ability to handle disputes, adverse action claims, and complex IR issues
- Strong advisory and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Employment Law, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Professional certifications in employment law or industrial relations
- Employment law degree desired, though not essential
