Learning & Development Co-Ordinator/Manager
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a broad Learning & Development role where you’ll have the opportunity to combine systems, instructional design, facilitation and stakeholder partnering. You’ll own the Learning Management System, develop engaging learning solutions, deliver training, and work alongside leaders to build capability across a national, highly regulated organisation.
What you’ll be doing This is a genuinely varied role where you’ll have ownership across the full learning lifecycle, including:
- Managing and continually improving the Learning Management System to create an engaging employee experience.
- Designing and developing learning solutions across face-to-face, virtual and e-learning formats.
- Facilitating onboarding, compliance and capability programs.
- Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop practical learning solutions.
- Creating engaging learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules and supporting resources.
- Monitoring learning data and reporting on participation, compliance and program effectiveness.
- Supporting leadership development, succession planning and broader organisational capability initiatives.
- Coordinating mandatory training and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Identifying opportunities to improve learning experiences, systems and processes across the business.
About you We’re open to someone stepping into either a Coordinator or Manager title depending on experience. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, create engaging learning experiences and help lift organisational capability.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Human Resources.
- Experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation capability.
- Confidence partnering with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into practical learning solutions.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
- A continuous improvement mindset and genuine passion for helping people learn and grow.
