We’re partnering with an iconic, market-leading global business going through a period of significant expansion to find an L&D Lead who will genuinely shift the dial on leadership capability and behavioural change. 

The L&D function here is genuinely valued. There is executive appetite for bold, strategic work and real support to back it up. 

The Opportunity.
You’ll be embedded with the business, working alongside HRBPs and senior leaders to diagnose the real challenges sitting underneath surface-level requests and co-creating development experiences that drive lasting behavioural change. Think less “build a communications workshop” and more “where do our leaders struggle in difficult conversations and what do we need to shift?”

You’ll own and shape the leadership development roadmap, designing programs that set the benchmark for what great leadership looks like at every level. You’ll facilitate high-impact sessions with executive stakeholders, coach leaders through genuine mindset shifts and have the opportunity to support international teams. 

You.
We’re looking for someone with strong instructional design capability who thinks like a consultant. You translate complex organisational issues into development experiences that shift how people think and lead.

  • Strong Learning design capability with a focus on behavioural change and leadership development
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and ask better questions that get to the core of a problem
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating learning experiences at a senior or lead level
  • Background in a large, complex or consulting-heavy environment
  • Confidence facilitating a room and equally comfortable pushing back on senior leaders when the time calls for it
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Coaching experience (a bonus)

The team is open to both established lead-level candidates who can hit the ground running and strong senior specialists with genuine upside.
