Learning & Development Manager
If you saw the ad about the OD & Workforce Planning Manager role, here’s the other half of the story. The same business, the same once-in-a-decade build, this time for an L&D leader.
A serious Australian manufacturer, scaling fast, multi-site, multi-brand and now investing in the People function that will carry the next chapter. L&D is one of the senior roles being created within a new L&D and OD pillar, and it’s a build from the ground up across around 3,000 people and multiple operating brands.
The Opportunity.
- Designing and standing up the L&D function across the group
- A capability framework that spans operational, technical and leadership populations
- Leadership development for an emerging senior bench
- Learning technology and infrastructure decisions, including the LMS landscape
- Partnership with operational leaders to make capability investment actually land
You.
- Built and led an L&D function, ideally where the function was new or underdeveloped
- Comfortable working across blue-collar, technical and white-collar populations
- An L&D SME understanding of what works both on the factory floor and in the boardroom
- Strong commercial instincts, you measure capability in business outcomes
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics or similarly complex environments is a strong advantage
The Details.
