The Opportunity.
You’ll sit close to the business, working with business partners and senior leaders to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, then designing and facilitating experiences that create lasting change. You’ll own the leadership development roadmap, run high-impact sessions at executive level, coach leaders through real mindset shifts and have exposure to international teams.
The brief here isn’t “we need a workshop.” It’s “we need to change how our leaders show up” – and you’ll be the person who figures out how to make that happen.
You.
- Deep learning design capability with behavioural change at the centre of how you work
- A consultative approach; you diagnose before you design and you ask the questions others don’t think to ask
- Proven experience facilitating and designing at a senior or lead level
- Comfort working in complex, fast-moving environments
- The confidence to challenge a brief, push back where appropriate and hold your point of view
- Coaching experience is a welcome addition
