This is a senior L&OD role with one of our long-standing clients, a firm that takes how its people grow and lead seriously. The role sits in the Leadership and Talent stream, right at the centre of that work.
The Opportunity.
This is end to end work. You design the programs, you roll them out and you get to see the difference they make. Leadership pipeline development, culture and capability building, blended learning that mixes facilitation with digital learning.
The team is made up of three streams that work closely together, so your remit is broad and you get your hands into a bit of everything. The leader you report to gives her team genuine autonomy and backs them all the way. If you like the mix of strategy and hands on delivery and you want to build something you can see through, this will suit you.
You.
You’re experienced within L&OD and you’ve previously designed and delivered leadership or talent programs that have shifted the dial. You are a self-starter with drive who likes to get on with it.
You hold your own with senior leaders and different personalities. You build credibility quickly, you bring people with you through influence and warmth and you take feedback as generously as you give it. You are as comfortable setting the scene in a room as you are in the detail of program design and you happily roll your sleeves up to turn a good idea into a great program.
You know your adult learning principles, you’re confident across an LMS and you enjoy digging into the data to see what is working and where you can make it better.
