The Opportunity.
This role needs a Manager, Global Graduate Recruitment to lead one of the most sought after graduate programs in the market. This is not a high volume campus recruitment role. It’s about identifying and securing some of the most capable analytical and technical minds emerging from leading universities and bringing them into an environment where they will genuinely thrive.

• You will own the strategy and delivery of the graduate program globally. That includes university engagement, brand positioning, selection design, assessment strategy and the end to end candidate experience.
• The role partners closely with senior leaders across technology, analytics and consulting teams to ensure the program continues to attract individuals capable of shaping the future of the business.

The environment is fast moving, intellectually curious and highly commercial. The graduates entering the program go on to work on complex data problems, advanced modelling and technology solutions for major organisations. Getting the selection right matters.

You.
The right person will bring deep experience in graduate or early careers recruitment within complex Professional or Technology environments. You will be commercially minded, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and capable of building a program that continues to stand out in a highly competitive market.
