OD Manager
We’re partnering with a large, purpose-led organisation seeking an experienced OD leader to drive enterprise-wide cultural transformation. This role is all about real change; shaping mindset, aligning behaviour and embedding meaningful organisational shifts that support strategy.
You’ll lead cultural assessments, design and deliver change frameworks, and partner with senior leaders to co-create action plans that drive behavioural alignment and uplift EVP. There’s strong executive support and a genuine appetite for culture change.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven success leading organisational change and transformation at scale
- Expertise in cultural diagnostics, behavioural design, and embedding change
- The ability to influence at exec level and translate strategy into action
- Strong collaboration skills across HR, business, and leadership teams
