OD Partner

This isn’t your typical OD role. We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking, strong design skills and the ability to deliver with impact across both DEI and Talent.

• Someone who’s comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in greenfield design work.
• Energy and ideas, balanced with an understanding of organisational pace and context.
