Organisational Development Manager
There’s increasing investment happening across leadership and capability right now, and we’re seeing increasing demand for Organisational Development professionals who can move beyond theory and deliver work that genuinely shifts performance.
The Opportunity.
We’re partnering with a large, complex organisation looking to bring in an Organisational Development Manager to help shape leadership capability and support long-term organisational growth.
This role sits within an established OD function and works closely with senior leaders across the business. The focus is on designing and embedding leadership and development initiatives that strengthen capability, support succession and improve the overall employee experience. There is strong Executive support for the function, along with genuine appetite to invest in leadership and talent development.
You’ll spend time understanding how the business operates, where leadership capability needs to evolve and translating that into practical, scalable programs that leaders actually engage with.
You.
- Experience working within Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Leadership or Capability functions
- Practical, outcomes-focused and comfortable operating across enterprise or matrix environments where competing priorities are the norm.
- Strong facilitation capability and motivation to see initiatives translate into real organisational and leadership outcomes
- Enjoy working in complexity; confident and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating meaningful conversations and using data and insight to guide decisions that measure impact.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys seeing their work land; where leadership development connects directly to business outcomes.
