P&C Advisory Specialist
We’re partnering with an iconic brand on two P&C Advisory Specialist roles within a large People & Culture team.
The Opportunity.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team handling matters that need real depth. You’ll manage a caseload of complex matters, run robust investigations and work closely with senior leaders, HR teams and Legal to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- End-to-end ER case management across complex workplace disputes, serious misconduct and unlawful termination claims
- Preparing for and attending FWC proceedings, conciliations and hearings
- Conducting workplace investigations into discrimination, bullying, harassment and legislative breaches
- Enterprise Agreement and Award interpretation
- Partnering with senior leaders, HR and legal to mitigate workplace risk
You.
- Solid experience in Workplace Relations, Employment Law or related legal discipline
- Extensive and proven experience managing Workplace Investigations and complex ER matters
- Experience preparing for and running matters through to conciliation
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Sound judgment and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with care
