P&C Business Partner
We’re partnering with a growing national professional services firm that’s investing in its people and its future. This is a newly created role designed to support the East Coast of Australia within the broader People & Culture function.
The Opportunity.
This newly created role is a chance to truly embed yourself in the business as a trusted HR partner to Partners and their teams across the East Coast. You’ll be the connective tissue across offices, championing consistency, surfacing insights and ensuring P&C has a strong voice at the table.
- Act as the go-to HR Partner for East Coast offices
- Build trusted relationships with Partners and their local teams
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across regions and surface what’s working well
- Own ER matters with confidence, discretion and independence
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and broader P&C initiatives
You.
- Proven HR generalist with end-to-end lifecycle experience
- Ideally experienced in (or comfortable in) Professional Services/Partnership environments
- Credible and confident when engaging senior stakeholders
- Grounded, self-sufficient and commercially aware
- Open to travel across the East Coast of Australia (a few days per month)
