P&C Business Partner
We’re partnering with a growing national business – a leader in their field, who genuinely invest in their People function.
The Opportunity.
This is a true generalist Business Partner role in every sense. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of around 300-350 employees, embedding yourself as the trusted go-to for leaders across your client groups.
Your days will be varied, no two will look the same. You’ll be coaching leaders across all things People; from performance management aPeople plans and identifying trends that inform engagement initiatives.
Beyond core partnering, you’ll also contribute to broader P&C projects across workforce planning and succession planning, with input into P&C process improvement – making this a role where you can genuinely shape how things are done.
You.
- Strong experience across the full HR lifecycle within a Corporate environment.
- Confident with senior stakeholders. You back yourself in the room and aren’t the type to dodge a difficult conversation.
- Commercially aware and solutions focused with a genuine drive to improve how things are done. You know how to balance the hands-on with bigger picture thinking.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and more importantly, you know how to apply it when needed.
- People trust you quickly because you’re genuine, consistent and always follow through.
