It’s hands-on and high-impact, where you’ll balance big-picture thinking with the practical work that keeps things moving.

 - Coach leaders and build capability across the business, embedding consistent people practices.
 - Use data and insights to inform decisions and demonstrate tangible impact.
 - Shape initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.

What they’re looking for:
- Significant experience in senior People & Culture or HR leadership roles.
 - Proven ability to operate both strategically and operationally – you’re as comfortable in the detail as you are setting direction.

 - Commercial and pragmatic approach; someone who knows what good looks like in a growing business.
 - Confidence partnering directly with executives and influencing across all levels.

Bonus points for:
- Experience in financial or professional services.
 - Strong change management or organisational development background.
