P&C Systems & Reporting Lead
If your HR systems aren’t right, nothing is. If your data isn’t trusted, decisions slow down. And if reporting doesn’t land, it doesn’t matter how good the strategy is. This role owns that space
You’ll sit at the intersection of HR, data and technology, taking ownership of the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and the full people reporting landscape. It’s hands-on, but it’s also influential. You’re not just maintaining systems, you’re shaping how workforce decisions get made.
There’s also a timely twist. A proposed merger will bring a layer of complexity around system integration, data mapping and change. It’s not chaos, but it will require someone who is comfortable working through moving parts and can bring structure when things aren’t fully defined.
What you’ll be doing You’ll own the core HR systems and reporting function end-to-end.
That means:
- Keeping SuccessFactors running cleanly, accurately and efficiently
- Lifting data integrity and simplifying how the system is used
- Building and evolving dashboards that senior leaders and the Board actually rely on
- Translating people data into insights that inform workforce decisions
- Leading or supporting system changes, upgrades and integrations
- Playing a key role in merger-related system and reporting work
- Working across HR, Finance, IT and external vendors to get things done
It’s a mix of operational depth and project work, with a strong commercial lens.
What we’re looking for You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll recognise yourself in most of this:
- Solid experience in HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors or similar
- Strong reporting capability, with the ability to turn data into something meaningful
- Comfortable owning data accuracy and standing behind it
- Experience working through system changes, upgrades or integrations
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders without overcomplicating things
- Calm in complexity and able to bring structure when things are moving
You’re probably someone who enjoys making things cleaner, simpler and more reliable. You care about getting it right, but you’re also pragmatic enough to keep things moving.
Why this role It’s a good role for someone who wants to step beyond pure system administration.
You’ll have visibility across the business, exposure to senior stakeholders and a genuine opportunity to shape how people data is used. The merger work adds variety and complexity without turning the role into a pure project seat.
It’s also the kind of environment where things move. Not everything is perfectly defined, which suits someone who is comfortable figuring things out as they go.
If you’re looking for a role where your work directly influences how decisions get made, this is worth a conversation.
