P&C Systems & Reporting Lead
Your opportunity to join a high calibre Australian financial services business that is about to integrate with another significant player. That means onboarding over 100 employees, running parallel payrolls and ensuring people data and reporting hold up under real pressure. This role sits right at the centre of it.
You will own the HRIS environment (SAP SuccessFactors), lead the people reporting agenda and play a key role in the integration of systems and data across both organisations. This is hands on and high visibility.
The Opportunity.
- Own system administration, configuration and optimisation
- Ensure data integrity, governance and reporting accuracy
- Build and evolve dashboards for leadership and Board level reporting
- Support merger integration including data mapping, migration and cutover
- Partner across P&C, Finance, IT and external vendors
- Lead system improvements, automation and reporting uplift
The environment is fast, commercial and at times ambiguous. You’ll need to be comfortable making decisions, working through noise and keeping things moving.
You.
- Strong HRIS experience, ideally SuccessFactors or similar
- A track record in people reporting and dashboard development
- Experience delivering system changes, enhancements or integrations
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- High attention to detail with a strong risk and governance mindset
- The ability to operate at pace, in evolving environments
