About the role:
As the P&C Advisor, your role is crucial to the delivery of the business initiatives and supporting any projects being rolled out.
You will be working with an extremely collaborative and supportive wider HR team, where you’re able to showcase your strong generalist skillset, but also get the opportunity to work strategically and partner closely with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
About you:
- Tertiary qualified and/or 3+ years experience as a P&C Advisor
- A desire/love to partner with stakeholders and provide trusted advice
- You thrive working in ‘the grey’ and don’t mind juggling multiple moving parts
- Your comfortable with negotiations, conflict management and project management
- You love working as part of a wider team to achieve top tier results for both the business and all employees
