There are plenty of Business Partner roles in the market at the moment that, when you get under the hood, are predominantly ER. This isn’t one of them.
The Opportunity.
This is a broad partnering role where you’ll also spend your time across talent and succession, leadership coaching, capability, performance, engagement, culture, change and workforce planning. Yes, ER will come your way, but there’s specialist support around you and it isn’t what defines the role.
You’ll partner with an interesting client group who are curious, detail-oriented and enjoy bouncing ideas around. They’ll value someone who can build strong relationships, bring a perspective and work through things with them.
You’ll also be surrounded by a broader HR team across Business Partnering, Talent, Learning, People Operations and ER, giving you plenty of support and specialist expertise to draw on.

You might already be a Business Partner, or you could be a strong Advisor ready for a role that gives you more exposure to genuine partnering.
Either way, we’re looking for someone with good generalist foundations who actually enjoys the broader side of HR; working with leaders, coaching, talent, capability, change and figuring out what a team needs rather than simply reacting and responding to the issue in front of them.
You’ll be curious, organised and proactive, with the confidence to work things through rather than wait for the answer. You’ll be working with people who value thoughtful advice and different perspectives, so you’ll be comfortable bringing your own point of view and challenging thinking when it’s needed.
