People & Culture Manager

The Opportunity.
Your new role as their People & Culture Manager will partner with leaders and their teams on day to day HR BAU, including talent management, ER/IR, performance management and leadership capability uplift.
You will work closely with the broader HR team to ensure people strategies are executed across the respective group, including delivering fit for purpose solutions and trusted advice, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive a positive culture.
This role will support their site of circa 550 FTE, based in Brisbane.
• Build effective working relationships across all areas of the site and with key stakeholders, delivering high-quality HR advice and guidance for all things ‘people’
• Support the delivery and execution of People & Culture strategy and leveraging key expertise within the Centres of Excellence team for specialist support and advice while influencing key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
• Analyse key HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
• Be a key contact for Unions and Union delegates to raise matters and appropriately manage and address concerns.
• Support Enterprise Bargaining preparation, analysis and negotiations and support processes to manage industrial disputation.
• Support the Graduate program across client groups.
You.
Tertiary qualified, with experience in a genuine HR Management role and strong ER/IR and union experience and capability. You’re motivated to partner with your dedicated group, uplifting their capability and evolving the landscape from reactive to proactive. You also thrive in mixed blue and white collar environments where you can drive positive change, as part of a broader HR team.
