People & Culture Manager
What you’ll actually be doing:
Joining on a FTC , this is the kind of role where you get to build people strategy that moves the needle while keeping the day-to-day operations humming. You’ll be partnering with leaders on the big stuff (performance, development, culture) while ensuring policies make sense and processes actually work.
You’ll own the full employee experience – from making sure new starters feel genuinely welcomed through to being the trusted advisor leaders turn to when people challenges get tricky.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in senior generalist HR roles (preferably in environments that move quickly)
- 4+ years working alongside senior leaders across different functions
- Solid grasp of Australian employment law and compliance
- The kind of communication skills that work equally well in the boardroom and the break room
- Hands-on approach with genuine enthusiasm for solving problems
- Experience with HR operations and policy management
- Sharp attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
Bonus points for:
- FinTech, Insurance or high-growth company experience
- Track record of creating memorable employee experiences
